Our sofas and chairs are delivered, to your room of choice, by a two-person team of furniture specialists. Items will be delivered 8 weeks after confirmation of size and/or fabric. We can help to assemble your new piece of furniture and recycle the packaging, but are unable to take away any previous and now unwanted chairs or sofas.
We offer 14 days to return your item for a full refund (minus delivery costs). To return an item email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. All products must be unused and in the original condition. Please take care when opening your furniture as we may have to charge a restocking fee if the product is not fit to be resold.
The furniture must be handled by our delivery team, who will arrange a collection. Return fees will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive a refund within five working days of us receiving the product. Refunds and exchanges are not available for items sold on promotional sale, special offer or bespoke items.
If your furniture is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will arrange a replacement as a priority.
Our Deliveries and Returns policy does not apply to commercial customers or bespoke orders.
